A. ARM

Measure from your shoulder bone to your wrist.

B. BUST

Circle the largest part of your bust, usually across your nipples. Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms down making sure to go under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.

C. WAIST

Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline.

D. HIP

Measure around the widest part of your hip, normally 20/23cm from your waist.
